No because he was emotional for me and he always didnt care of abusing and disrespecting ballas like big smoke like in drive thru he acted to eat food and dont shoot ballas. On other side ryder his betrayal does'nt make any sense

Technically yes, he was a traitor if we go by the game's events, only it doesn't make sense and felt extremely rushed, since originally he wasn't supposed to.Thats due to the last minute feud with MC Eiht (Ryder's voice actor) so they killed him off.

he was livin in the grove not like big smoke who used to live in baller territory
also he used to help groves in such missions like robbin uncle sam and robbing the army to give new weapons to grove ( tec-9 ) also in the number 9 mission in restaraunt did u notice that ryder was shooting ? but smoke no! bcz he's a fake grove ...
i heard once the reason for killing ryder it's because the voice actor in real life asked for more money from rockstar and they refused that's why he left and rockstar dicided to take him out that's why in the mission where u kill him he don't talk ...
