When you purchase 6 cocaine lockups, you will have to wait 5 mins to purchase the next one and another 5 minutes for the next and so on, same for ammo manufactories (12 weed plants)
Do you think this makes it more fair to other players or it expiring in 6 hours is enough

the same people who voted that they dont like this, would be the same people complaining they cant purchase these items because other people have already purchased them

i doubt this would stop players from owning all plants or lockups, you just have to stick around for an hour
