Warehouses is another popular feature on the server that players can use to become rich. However, there are still players that are confused about some aspects of warehouses (I know I was when I first started). In this blog post, I will be showing you everything about warehouses, how they work, and how you can use warehouses efficiently to maximize your profit.

Description

Warehouses can be purchased by players in different locations in each of the cities around San Andreas for 30 days. Warehouses is a place where a player can buy goods for a cheap price and sell goods at higher prices at a computer called ‘Ad-Hawk’. The maximum capacity of warehouse is 20 stocks, unless upgrades are purchased. Players can receive normal and special stock to buy and sell (this is randomised). Here is a list of what players can receive:

Jewellery & Gemstones, Art & Antiques, Bullion, Tobacco & Alcohol, and Electronic Goods

To pick up or deliver the goods, you will be using the vehicle ‘Mule’. Here is what the vehicle looks like:

Once you walk up the stairs in the warehouse, you will see a computer when you walk into the room. Press ‘RETURN’ and go onto the computer.



The ‘Ad-Hawk’ computer would show the current stock, buy offers, sell offers and upgrades.
You can press LEFT or RIGHT arrow key to navigate through the ‘Ad-Hawk’ pages on the computer. (I have bought a few upgrades already e.g. 35 maximum stock capacity)






Timing for buying and selling stock
When buying stock, you must ensure that you are able to get to the destination, pick up the stock, and drive back to the warehouse.
When selling stock, you need to ensure that you get to the destination, drive into the red blip, and exit the van to get the money.

Buying stock
1 crate = 5 minutes, 2 crates = 7 minutes, 3 crates = 9 minutes
Any special stock = 5 minutes.
Selling stock
ALL stock = 5 minutes

Upgrades
One upgrade that can be made through the ‘Ad-Hawk’ pages could be to hire stock keepers to distribute crates, you will gain 12 of the 10 held crates. However, 10 sales must be made in order to purchase this upgrade.



Another upgrade that can be made is a forklift, which will be used to move crates blocking space in warehouse (no requirements needed to purchase).



You can buy 35 maximum stock capacities for your warehouse, but 10 sales are required for this.
You can buy 50 maximum stock capacities for your warehouse, but 50 sales are required for this.

Vehicle upgrades
You can talk to this gentleman to add upgrades to the Mule, but 10 sales are required to purchase the upgrades.



The upgrades that can be purchased are colour and physical upgrades (100% armour, bulletproof tires and nitrous).

Tips
1. Purchase all upgrades for the warehouse as fast as possible (this is really helpful).
2. If you want to make warehousing more efficient, try going for the ‘3 crates’ offer rather than the ‘1 crate’ offer as it would take a lot longer. However, if you are concerned about making more profit then go for the ‘1 crate’ offers.
3. Choose a warehouse location in an area where you are familiar with the fastest routes to each location in that city (Las Venturas or San Fierro would be recommended).
