Why I'm writing this blog?
Daily tons of players sign up for election, And in a month almost 15+ new congressmen are elected, so this blog will be helpful for all new congressmen and upcoming players who are interested in congress.

How to be a congressman?
First of all if you want be in congress you need to sign up for election.By using command /election.

here is this image you can see two options, In order to signup for election you need to select first one, while the second one is to check election result that just ended.


Important Points For election
-Election takes place between 12:00 - 20:00 server time.where player can vote buy using command /vote or from campaign van.Use are allowed to Advertise yourself in main chat and also you can use /ad <text>


Connection between Epsilon program and Election
You can also use your EP to gain 5 votes per 2 hours in election between 12:00 - 20:00
max 20votes from one player who is the member of epsilon program.


How to know if I won the election and I was offline that time?
Once you win the election it will appear on your screen on 20:00,In case if you are offline you can check it by /election > Election Result stated above with screenshot.And the third option is that you will get a notification on your phone that "You have won the congressman".

After winning Election/How to manage congress
-So here are the most important points for new congressmen, First of all you need to find our computer from where you can access www.congressofsanandreas.gov page.

Once you open this page you will be able to see the following options.

1st page- Laws
This first page is about almost about current taxes, bonuses, Hospital charges. gang taxes and congressman bonuses.


2nd page - Finances
You can check ups and downs of finances last 10hours through Graph.here you can check change in finances, Minimum Finances and Maximum Finances and also Current finances


3rd page - Revenues
In third page, You can check out the revenues or you can say profits congress getting from Hospital, Jobs, Sale taxes[/b,] [b]Election charge, Stock Taxes , and Wealth tax in last 10 hours.


4th page - Expenses
On fouth page, You will be able to see the expenses or you can say loss to congress getting from Car workshops Congressmen bonuses Limos Police weapons Interest rates Prison sentence for murder and alot more you can see below in the image.


5th page - Current Congressmen
On fifth page, You can see 30 congressmen currently in congress.you can check out your congress expire date here on this page.


Once you select someone profile in this page you will be able to see player's Election date , total congress election wins, Highest amounts of votes, Cash made in congress, Submitted propositions and Voted propositions.


6th page - Propositions[Important]
Here is the main and important page for a congressman,From here he can submit or vote for a proposition,


Once you open the page you will be able to see started propositions and also you can start proposition by selection Submit proposition where you can start different types of proposition like taxes or bonuses on something like jobs.gangs etc


Vote for a proposition
First of all select a proposition by pressing SPACE on that option.


Once you open a proposition you have two option Vote Against proposition and Vote for proposition.Usually a proposition takes [b]24hours and once proposition is over you will get a notification on you phone.


How can a congressman earn money?

This vehicle is called Limo, congressmen earn money every 5 minutes, if he is driving or sitting as a passages in this vehicle.Bonuses are according to the congress it could be from $0 to $20,000 max
