Method 1:

Press the Windows Button then search for gta_sa.set then delete the file

Method 2:

f this keeps us it probably caused by your antivirus as its deleting your game files however press windows button and search for Windows Defender > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection
then scroll you will find a feature called Exclusions click on Add an exclusion and add your gta sa game directory

point here is that Windows Defender or any another antivirus will not take actions on your game files as it will ignore it everytime

- Solution for "SAMP crashes on load"

Rename your ''Grand Theft Auto San Andreas'' folder into something new for example ''Grand Theft Auto San Andreas2“ After doing that, right click on your SAMP icon, attributes and change the start up folder's name to the newly edited ones.

or re-install your SAMP Client and make sure you using the latest version

- Solution for "Runtime Error! gta_sa.exe"

Runtime errors are computer errors most often caused by system conflicts between system programs and other currently running software applications. They can also be caused by software issues, memory problems or viruses. Usually, a runtime error will cause your system to noticeably slow down just before a message box appears showing the code and definitions associated with the error.

A runtime error in a program is an error that occurs while the program is running after being successfully compiled. Below are some methods to identify the reason behind Runtime error:

Method 1:

Click Start and type msconfig in the search box.
Press Enter.
On the General tab, click Selective startup.
Clear the Load startup items check box.
Click the Services tab.
Select the Hide all Microsoft services check box (at the bottom).
Click Disable all.
Click OK.
Restart.

Method 2:

Press the Windows key + R at the same time to open the Run prompt.
Type into the Run prompt: appwiz.cpl.
Press Enter.
Find all installations relating to the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime and uninstall them one by one. ...
Download and re-install the previously removed runtime libraries.
Restart after you installed the things.

Method 3:

Do a safe boot with networking and try to start the game. ( it probably won't work, but if a different problem occurs, then it's easier to tell what the exact problem is )

Method 4:

Right click on Computer after that click on properties.
Click on ''Advanced System Settings'' and System Properties will appear.
Click on "Advanced" after that "Settings" , Performance Option will appear.
Click on "Data Execution Prevention" and Turn on the "Turn on DEP for all Programs".
Click on add and add your gta_sa.exe and samp. At last "Apply".
Restart your computer.

Method 5:

Go to Gta San Andreas Folder
Right click on SAMP and the compatibility.
Set to Windows 98/Windows ME, check the box 'Run as Administrator' and 'Disable visual themes'
Click OK.
