You can join through www.epsilonprogram.com page in computer but for a fee of course that it's $500,000 after you donate you are officially an Epsilon member and unlocked the Level 1 : Seeking the Truth also access to the Epsilon Center where you can start missions, tests to earn EP

EP or Epsilon Points are brand new currency which can be used to pay for epsilon services against other players or give you effects, some of the effects are like Double decrease of Mental State. but if you commit a murder the mental will be also double increased, You can check How many EP you have through The computer near the snacks & drink machine

How to earn EP?

You can earn EP by doing some sort of missions that i will be explain now
There are 4 ways to earn EP and they are:

Objective

In the first room inside Epsilon Program you will find computer which can display your objective once you complete it you will earn 50 EP there is no cooldown if you finished an objective as you can start another one

Test

There is a computer in the second floor where you can pass an exam and get 25 EP there are 10 questions the answers are related to Practices and Facts Category in Epsilon page in computer

If you find difficulties in passing the exam here are the answers

In a room at second floor you will find an small Gym where you can exercise to get 15 EP

Alien Artifact

There is a mission for you in the last room in the hall where you have to find an alien artifact next to you, you will find a blue bar displays your distance between the artifact and you, the lower it goes the more you are near however if you found it you will be rewarded with 100 EP

Spiritual Level

There are 8 level of epsilon program, everyone of them can unlock new bonus but you will have to donate more cash, i will be explain now each bonus and their required spiritual level and price:


Effects & Bonuses

Now there are effects and bonuses you can use with EP each of them has it's own price and benefits and remember you can't use some effects if the player had more EP than you

Level 1

Hunger : Prevents losing health because of hunger for 20 hours
Costs: 50 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 1

Drug Addiction : Double reduction of drug addiction for 20 hours
Costs: 50 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 1

Level 2

Luck : Half reduction of Luck for 20 hours
Costs: 100 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 2

Disable Police Bribes : Police Bribes will be disabled for the selected player for 1 hour
Costs: 300 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 2

Protection from Mugging Protection from mugging and knife kills for 5 hours
Costs: 100 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 2

Sentinel : Special vehicle, in which you can't be arrested by police
Costs: 100 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 2

Disable Confession : Confession will be disabled for the selected player for 1 hour
Costs: 150 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 2

Level 3

Jester : Special vehicle, in which you can't be arrested by police
Costs: 150 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 3

Congress Election : You can select a player in election to increase his votes by 5
Costs: 400 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 3

Level 4

Stamina : Half reduction of stamina for 20 hours
Costs: 100 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 4

Disable 24-7 : Purchases in 24-7 will be disabled for the selected player for 1 hour
Costs: 250 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 4

Level 5

Huntley : Special vehicle, in which you can't be arrested by police
Costs: 150 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 5

Disable Mental Clinic : Mental clinic will be disabled for the selected player for 1 hour
Costs: 250 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 5

Protection from Merryweather Protection from mugging and knife kills for 5 hours
Costs: 400 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 5

Level 6

Disable Emmet's Shop : Purchases at Emmet's Shop will be disabled for the selected player for 1 hour
Costs: 500 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 6

Level 7

Disable Military vehicles : Purchasing military vehicles will be disabled for the selected player for 1 hour
Costs: 300 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 7

Turismo : Special vehicle, in which you can't be arrested by police
Costs: 200 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 7

Mental State : Double reduction of mental state for 20 hours, but at the same time double increase of mental state when you commit murder
Costs: 400 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 7

Level 8

Protection from Assassins : Protection from Assassins kills for 5 hours
Costs: 500 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 8

Disable Ammu-Nation : Purchases in Ammu-Nation will be disabled for the selected player for 1 hour
Costs: 500 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 8

Donation to Congress Finances : $100,000 will be added to congress finances
Costs: 500 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 8

Embezzle Congress Finances : $100,000 will be deducted from congress finances
Costs: 500 EP
Required Level: Spiritual Level 8

Weekly Challenge

There is also a computer displays the most completed missions by members, in the end of the week they will earn various Prizes



In Weekly challenges the Prizes are stated below:

1st Place: 5,000 EP
2nd Place : 2,500 EP
3rd Place : 1,250 EP
4-10th Place : 250 EP
