Low fps and lag?

I have a very old laptop and when i tried running samp on it, even with the lowest resolution, it lagged a lot and was unplayable.
My laptop specs
-core i3 2350m
-intel hd 3000 32mb decicated video memory
-6 gb ram (4+2)
-sata ssd
