Atleast that whole flight was totally worth it, before I crashed in the sea, but fortunately I took a screenshot of the ghost town :)
I'll try to make a video of GTA III's ghost town sometime, but time is running, I don't have much time to make a video.

Yeah, it wasn't meant to be found, developers put it there for the beginning cutscene.
