check in youtube how to fix gta sa widescreen it will give u +40 fps ... plus that can u search in youtube some fps modpacks or fps boosts it will increase it to 100 fps ... but my best suggestion is to sell ur calculator and start upgrading a pc like I'm doing now ... LOL

idk, make sure u have the frame limiter set to "Off" if ur game keeps running bellow 30 then it might the mods u have installed or your pc. ̶o̶r̶ ̶b̶o̶t̶h̶
