There was no need for admin tags and we do not ban on request. If their parents let him play then it's their fault, it's not our job to check for how old every player on our server is and we can't ban anyone based on your assumption.

We cannot ban someone solely on a 7 second slowed down video from another players perspective, we need more evidence and proof from our side aswell supporting the videos. If you would like you can record more and provide more evidence meanwhile we can keep an eye on the player aswell to catch them in the act.
