It appears that you lost access to both, web account and in-game account. If you memorize the email address that you registred your old web account with and you still have access to it, then your problem is solved. There 2 possible scenarios that coul've happened, you were actually cheating or you were lagging so hard, and you probably were kicked many times by anticheat before the ban. If you were banned wrongly, you will be unbanned if not, you will remain banned. Wait for an official response from an admin either way.

There is no possible way for someone to log in your account without you sharing your password with them. So basically it is your own fault, and its your responsibility to deal with it. And next time, spare some time to read the rules and check the Refund policy, because you get refunded only when its the server's fault, which is not in this case.

You can look up for solutions on Youtube, im sure there are plenty of tutorials on how to fix your problem. And for a temporary solution, try creating a new USER in your Windows and install the game without mods, it can fix your problem until you find a real solution.

Hey, if you're banned on one of the servers, you're automatically banned on the others. Also try restarting your PC and make sure to enter ther correct name in the SAMP Client, which you can check Here. And wait for an official response from an admin.

This is more likely to be caused by internet connection issues, no matter how good your internet is there are moments when this lag spike interferes (could be high packetloss or whatever). Anyway there is a chance for you to maybe get refunded when admins take a look on it. Also check out the Refund policy if you haven't already.

I think that this ban is rightful as you transgressed the rule that prohibits threatening, especially the reason did it for. You can wait 30 days or you can purchase Unban from game shop. Next time read the rules and think twice before saying such things.
