I think you have no idea of the current anti-cheat. Record your game (fights especially) with the person you suspect of cheating and report them on the forums. I am talking about us being killed by COPS when wanted, because sometimes when a criminal is being a nuisance, I just kill him with a sniper to teach him a lesson, and he loses his weapons(double his loss), making it easier for us to arrest him but we dont face real consequences as I just gain 2 stars, no mental no fine, nothing (same as when criminals kills cops)
