When i start cw the vehicle spawns in another city.

I tried to start other cw's same happened, also after relog

When i start my cw for example in ls the cw car spawns in other city (sf, lv)

No, but the admins also have no evidence of the aforementioned "cheating"

Reason: I got banned for "cheating" by admins, when i was afk-ing for ~30minutes. When i went back playing I saw that, I have been banned for no reason.
