Been experiencing a lot of timeouts.

So as the title states i was told in-game to make come on web and ask for some help.For the past few weeks ive been timing out of the game semi-regularly and need some help in fixing the problem. Frequency is random but on average about once an hour but its especially prevalent during events and meth cooking.
