Kicked for 10 hours for "Lag abuse"

If i can i will try to explain more: Me and Snowaa were driving around with his NRG-500, we were in front of LSPD station when he gone,after that i needed to do something and some guy hit me with his car and i gone afk in that moment, i belive it was a glitch because i gone afk when he hit me and It caused a misunderstanding about how I was removed out of the car. I havent abused any kind of lag. Thank you.

I dont know why i got this kick,i just gone afk for 1 hour when i came back i found myself kicked for 10 hours for "Lag abuse" i didnt abused any lag or something like that,i was afk all the time. Please explain it to me. Thank you.
