I have encountered an issue with the /radio command while muted. When I try to use /radio in my car to set a custom music link, I am unable to type anything due to the mute restriction.

I believe this might be an unintended limitation, as setting a custom radio URL should not require chat permissions. Could you please look into this and consider allowing muted players to use the /radio command?

saying "Ramadan Kareem" in the server results in a mute, sometimes lasting up to an hour. However, saying "Merry Christmas" does not seem to have the same consequence.
